Talacre beach

I was asked to paint a picture along these lines by a friend who had seen paintings by the contemporary Kentish artist Gary Bunt. One showed a couple paddling in the sea. much like the couple here.

My friend also wanted the picture to include the disused lighthouse at Talacre near Rhyl in north Wales. He also asked my to make a straight copy of another of Bunt's paintings,

showing a couple sitting on a sea wall eating fish and chips from a newspaper. For the record this copy is below. The paint is mine, but the picture in Gary Bunt's.
